Mitch received his bachelor’s in accounting from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1993.  He went on to become a Certified Public Accountant and owner of the accounting firm McAbee & Company PC.  The firm has offices in Oklahoma City and Clinton Oklahoma where Mitch and his team actively consult on personal and small business tax issues.  Mitch’s 25+ years of experience in tax planning engagements as well as small business planning and consulting is combined with investment planning.

Mitch is also a registered investment advisor with the firm Dominion Capital Management LLC located in Oklahoma City, consulting with retirees, business owners, and entrepreneurs on tax planning, retirement planning, earnings retention, and estate planning.

Some notable positions Mitch holds include: President of the Oklahoma Mineral Owner’s Association and member of the state board SOER (Sustaining Oklahoma Energy Resources).  Additionally, he has served as a board member of the Marginal Well Commission and President of the Western Chapter of CPAs.

Mitch has been active in the mission field and enjoyed trips to Poland, Moldova, Peru, Panama, and Thailand. Mitch also enjoys the outdoors and lives west of Oklahoma City with his wife Teddi of thirty-five years and their seventeen-year old son Reece.
